3f1ff326e0 anv: reduce push constant size for descriptor sets
Now that descriptor sets are located a in a 1Gb area, we can avoid
storing the whole address to the descriptor and add the base address
of the area to a 32bit offset.

Replay a bunch of fossils with this and changes not really significant
one way or another :

Instrs: 9278246 -> 9277148 (-0.01%); split: -0.01%, +0.00%

e9fa840eed anv: implement EDS2.extendedDynamicState2PatchControlPoints
We make the compiler assume the worst possible case (it's not great
because we have to burn 32 GRFs of potential input data) and then we
push the actual value through push constants.

This enables VK_EXT_gpl usage on zink, which causes two traces to change
their results. Raven is an imperceptible change, blender has missing
original pngs but looks plausible.

873dfb673b anv: Perform load_constant address math in 32-bit rather than 64-bit
We lower NIR's load_constant to load_global_constant, which uses A64
bindless messages. As such, we do the following math to produce the
address for each load:

   base_lo@32 <- BRW_SHADER_RELOC_CONST_DATA_ADDR_LOW
   base_hi@32 <- BRW_SHADER_RELOC_CONST_DATA_ADDR_HIGH
   base@64 <- pack_64_2x32_split(base_lo, base_hi)
   addr@64 <- iadd(base@64, u2u64(offset@32))

On platforms that emulate 64-bit math, we have to emit additional code
for the 64-bit iadd to handle the possibility of a carry happening and
affecting the top bits.

However, NIR constant data is always uploaded adjacent to the shader
assembly, in the same buffer. These buffers are required to live in a
4GB region of memory starting at Instruction State Base Address. We
always place the base address at a 4GB address. So the constant data
always lives in a buffer entirely contained within a 4GB region, which
means any offsets from the start of the buffer cannot possibly affect
the high bits.

So instead, we can simply do a 32-bit addition between the low bits of
the base and the offset, then pack that with the unchanged high bits.

On anv, INSTRUCTION_STATE_POOL_MIN_ADDRESS is 8GB, so the high bits are
always 0x2. We don't even need to patch that portion of the address and
can just use an immediate value. We do still need to pack, however.

fossil-db on Icelake indicates the following for affected shaders:

   Instrs: 10830023 -> 10750080 (-0.74%)
   Cycles: 1048521282 -> 1046770379 (-0.17%); split: -0.33%, +0.16%
   Subgroup size: 103104 -> 103112 (+0.01%)
   Send messages: 570886 -> 570760 (-0.02%)
   Loop count: 14428 -> 14429 (+0.01%)
   Spill count: 14246 -> 14244 (-0.01%); split: -0.06%, +0.04%
   Fill count: 22802 -> 22794 (-0.04%); split: -0.04%, +0.01%
   Scratch Memory Size: 654336 -> 662528 (+1.25%)

e104555851 anv: Compile ray-tracing shaders
This doesn't look too different from other compile functions we have in
anv_pipeline.c. The primary difference is that ray-tracing pipelines
have this weird two-stage thing where you have "stages" which are
individual shaders and "groups" which are sort of mini pipelines that
are used to handle hits. For any given ray intersection, only the hit
and intersection shaders from the same group get used together. You
can't have an intersection shader from group A used with an any-hit from
group B. This results in a weird two-step compile.

5ee3242837 anv: Patch constant data pointers into shaders with using softpin
When we have softpin, we know the address of the shader constant data at
shader upload time because it's sitting at the end of the shader. This
commit changes ANV to use patch constants to embed the address in the
shader patch the right address in at upload time. This allows us to
avoid having to set up a UBO binding on-the-fly for shader constants.

This commit uses an A64 message but it's quite possible that we could
also use an A32 message and make the dataport do the 64-bit add for us.
However, load_global is what we have right now so it was easier to just
use that.

3b755b52e8 anv: Put image params in the descriptor set buffer on gen8 and earlier
This is really where they belong; not push constants. The one downside
here is that we can't push them anymore for compute shaders. However,
that's a general problem and we should figure out how to push descriptor
sets for compute shaders. This lets us bump MAX_IMAGES to 64 on BDW and
earlier platforms because we no longer have to worry about push constant
overhead limits.

3053d5a4f2 anv: don't use default pipeline cache for hits for VK_EXT_pipeline_creation_feedback
If the user didn't provide a pipeline cache and we're using the
default internal pipeline cache, then we shouldn't consider a cache
hit for VK_EXT_pipeline_creation_feedback as the application did not
provide a cache.

6601e5d6fc anv: implement VK_EXT_pipeline_creation_feedback
An extension reporting cache hit in the user supplied pipeline cache
as well as timing information for creating the pipelines & stages.

v2: Don't consider no cache for cache hits (Jason)
    Rework duration accumulation (Jason)

v3: Fold feedback creation writing into pipeline compile functions (Jason/Lionel)

v4: Get cache hit information from anv_device_search_for_kernel() (Jason)
    Only set cache hit from the whole pipeline if all stages also have that bit (Lionel)

v5: Always user_cache_hit in anv_device_search_for_kernel() (Jason)

4c50b7c92c anv: Count image param entries rather than images
This is what we're actually storing in the descriptor set and consuming
when we bind surface states. This commit renames image_count to
image_param_count a few places and moves the decision to not count image
params on gen9+ into anv_descriptor_set.c when we build the layout.
