1987fb0091 ci/dzn: Move to a .toml description 
This way we don't force a CI run on all platforms anytime we add a

322c807b3c ci/vs2019: Install all build artifacts into C:\mesa-deps 
By building everything under `deps` directory, remove the `deps` after
them installed.

We can use spirv-as from Vulkan-SDK, so that test won't depends on mesa-deps

3017522e74 dzn: Add CI target for vulkan driver 
A custom branch of `deqp` is used to have proper results when
crashing. See:

https://github.com/KhronosGroup/VK-GL-CTS/issues/311

A custom branch of `deqp-runner` with Windows support is also
used until the changes are merged into the main repository.

The `api`, `info`, `draw`, `query-pool` and `memory` test cases are
executed for now.

c42da6dd60 ci: do not specify c_std and cpp_std for windows-build 
When parts of the tree needs later c and c++ versions, they should ask
for it in the build-system itself, not expect the user to ask for it on
the command-line instead. So let's not paper over things by specifying
them here.

b437fb810a ci/windows: work around meson encoding issues 
It turns out, some combinations of Meson and MSVC doesn't handle UTF-8
symbols in source-files as gracefully as we'd like. Luckily, there's a
work-around; forcing UTF-8 as the default-encoding.

d18563ea58 ci: Update Windows image to build RADV 
Add AMDGPU to LLVM_TARGETS_TO_BUILD.

Remove explicit CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER from libclc to dodge regression from
newer CMake. The potential range seems like (3.19.7, 3.20.1].

Add -Dc_std=c17 to support static_assert.

Add -Dcpp_std=vc++latest to support designated initializers.

Add -Dvulkan-drivers=amd for RADV.

Add -Dlibelf:warning_level=1 because of warnings as error.

b83d0b2f5d ci: Use meson test directly instead of ninja test 
The former allows specifying how many processes to spawn for tests. The
latter seems to spawn (up to) as many test processes as there are CPU
cores.

9eea521391 gitlab-ci: copy piglit expected results to artifacts

195a001d73 gitlab-ci: do not clone git-repo for test-job 
The only thing we really need from the git-repo is the piglit_run.ps1

eaab92cc61 gitlab-ci: store build-artifacts from building mesa 
GitLab CI doesn't allow us to store artifacts from outside the
build-directory, so let's create an install-directory and install there
instead.

To do this properly, we need to expand a variable inside the
command-line, so we need to change to a double-quoted string.

e3e1e9f82c CI: Correct build-directory path on Windows, and keep it 
Build job artifacts capture Meson logs from _build, so we can analyse
what Meson did during configuration, as well as the full output of any
test jobs.

We were previously calling our build directory 'build', which meant it
wouldn't have been captured by the artifacts, and we were also deleting
it to make really sure there was no chance of logs getting captured
either.

Rename the build directory to '_build' to match the others, and don't
delete it either, so we can keep our configure/test logs.

0f46a3191f CI: Windows: Build LLVM and llvmpipe 
We will eventually need to build our own LLVM on Windows in order to
build libclc and other bits which are required for the d3d12 build, as
well as to be able to test SPIR-V/OpenCL on llvmpipe.

Start doing this now, building into the base container, and exercise
this by building llvmpipe under Windows.

07885cbcdb CI: Add native Windows VS2019 build 
Adds a native build of Mesa using Meson with the Visual Studio 2019
toolchain on a Windows host.

Though Docker is supported on Windows, Docker-in-Docker is not possible,
nor are podman and skopeo available. We handle this by creating the
container from a shell-executor Windows machine, which gives us a native
PowerShell that we can execute Docker from. This attempts to do the same
copy-from-upstream-or-create-if-not-exists optimisation as the
ci-templates do for our Linux builds, albeit open-coded in PowerShell.

The Mesa build itself is executed inside a container, using Meson and
Ninja.
