8a05d6ffc6 driconf: Make the driver's declarations be structs instead of XML.
We can generate the XML if anybody actually queries it, but this reduces
the amount of work in driver setup and means that we'll be able to support
driconf option queries on Android without libexpat.

This updates the driconf interface struct version for i965, i915, and
radeon to use the new getXml entrypoint to call the on-demand xml
generation. Note that our loaders (egl, glx) implement the v2 function
interface and don't use .xml when that's set, and the X server doesn't use
this interface at all.

XML generation tested on iris and i965 using adriconf

6a819cabe8 mesa: Replace MESA_FORMAT_L8A8/A8L8 UNORM/SNORM/SRGB with an array format.
The array format is what the GL API wants (fixing texbos on
big-endian), and matches directly to gallium's corresponding array
format. The only driver exposing A8L8 was radeon/r200 in big-endian,
where the HW's underlying format was trying to read as array and we
needed to flip things around to make our packed format come out right
(note that while the radeon format tables had both AL and LA,
ChooseTextureFormat would only pick one of them based on endianness).

The array format is what the GL API wants (and we made a mistake in

dri_util tries to fall back to sampling RG16 using LA16, which doesn't

04dc6074cf driconfig: add a new engine name/version parameter
Vulkan applications can register with the following structure :

typedef struct VkApplicationInfo {
    VkStructureType    sType;
    const void*        pNext;
    const char*        pApplicationName;
    uint32_t           applicationVersion;
    const char*        pEngineName;
    uint32_t           engineVersion;
    uint32_t           apiVersion;
} VkApplicationInfo;

This enables the Vulkan implementations to apply workarounds based off
matching this description.

Here we add a new parameter for matching the driconfig options with
the following :

    <device driver="anv">
        <application engine_name_match="MyOwnEngine.*" engine_versions="10:12,40:42">
            <option name="blaaah" value="true" />

6d87500fe1 dri: Change __DriverApiRec::CreateContext to take a struct for attribs
Previously the CreateContext method of __DriverApiRec took a set of
arguments to describe the attribute values from the window system API's
CreateContextAttribs function. As more attributes get added this could
quickly get unworkable and every new attribute needs a modification for
every driver.

To fix that, pass the attribute values in a struct instead. The struct
has a bitmask to specify which members are used. The first three members
(two for the GL version and one for the flags) are always set. If the
bit is not set in the attribute mask then it can be assumed the
attribute has the default value. Drivers will error if unknown bits in
the mask are set.

ce2a4bd541 dri/common: remove unused drm_version variable
As of last commit the only user of it (radeon/r200) no longer uses it.
As such let's remove it and cleanup the nasty hacks that we had in place
to support this.

v2: Leave LIBDRM_CFLAGS around.

ba5e1612c8 dri: don't touch the shader compiler
This function is for deleting per-screen resources, and the shader
compiler resources are not of such nature. Besides, dri shouldn't
need to even know about the presence of a shader compiler.

These resources will already be released when mesa gets unloaded,
and that should be sufficient.

464c56d3d5 dri_util: Use _mesa_override_gl_version_contextless
Remove _mesa_get_gl_version_override. We don't need two functions that
do basically the same thing. This change seemed easier (esp. with the
next patch) than going the other way.

7037793f6b st/dri: Support EGL_CONTEXT_OPENGL_DEBUG_BIT_KHR/GLX_CONTEXT_DEBUG_BIT_ARB on ES contexts.
The latest version of the specs explicitly allow it, and given that Mesa
universally supports KHR_debug we should definitely support it.

Totally untested. (Just happened to noticed this while implementing
GLX_EXT_create_context_es2_profile for st/xlib.)

f53b6d0134 Releasing a surfaceless EGL context doesn't release underlying DRI context.
driUnbindContext() checks for valid drawables before calling the driver
unbind function. In case of Surfaceless contexts, the drawables are always
Null and we end up not releasing the underlying DRI context. Moving the
call to the driver function before the drawable validity checks fixes things.

Steps to trigger this bug are following:

   - create surfaceless context and make it current
   - make some other context current
   - {another thread} destroy surfaceless context
   - make another context current
