SLM has a chunk of special-purpose memory separate from L3 on ICL+, we
shouldn't allocate a partition for it on L3 anymore.

1024dad4d9 i965: Add a variable for way size per bank in get_l3_way_size()
Adding this variable better explains the computation of L3 way
size in the function.

2dc06e2324 i965/l3: Add explicit way size calculation for bxt
There should be no functional change here because Broxton and CHV are
both gt1. Without this code however, it might seem like broxton support
is missing.

While here, put the gt1 check in front to hopefully short-circuit the
condition for the mobile cases.
