6571000071 radv: add debug option to turn off in memory cache
This can be usefull for debugging the on disk cache, but is also
useful in the following patch for secure compiles which will be
used to compile huge pipeline collections. These pipeline
collections can be multiple GBs and the in memory cache grows to
multiple GBs very quickly when they are compiled so we want to
be able to turn off the in memory cache.

bd960390bb radv: add RADV_DEBUG=allentrypoints
This debug option allows vkGet[Instance/Device]ProcAddr() to succeed
even if the extension associated with the requested entrypoint was not
enabled.

This has come in handy in a few instances when debugging VR
applications, so I thought it would be good to have a cleaned up version
upstreamed.

e91c1ea06c radv: implement compressed FMASK texture reads with RADV_PERFTEST=tccompatcmask
This allows us to disable the FMASK decompress pass when
transitioning from CB writes to shader reads.

This will likely be improved and enabled by default in the future.

No CTS regressions on GFX8 but a few number of multisample CTS
failures on GFX9 (they look related to the small hint).

d7501834cd radv: add a workaround for Monster Hunter World and LLVM 7&8
The load/store optimizer pass doesn't handle WaW hazards correctly
and this is the root cause of the reflection issue with Monster
Hunter World. AFAIK, it's the only game that are affected by this
issue.

This is fixed with LLVM r361008, but we need a workaround for older
LLVM versions unfortunately.

d031d5c999 radv: enable primitive binning by default
After doing a bunch of benchmarks, primitive binning helps
some games like The Talos Principle (+5%) or Serious Sam 2017
(+3%). For other titles, either it doesn't change anything or
it hurts very few (less than 1%).

This only affects GFX9.

6f3aee40f9 radv: using tls to store llvm related info and speed up compiles (v10)
This uses the common compiler passes abstraction to help radv
avoid fixed cost compiler overheads. This uses a linked list per
thread stored in thread local storage, with an entry in the list
for each target machine.

This should remove all the fixed overheads setup costs of creating
the pass manager each time.

This takes a demo app time to compile the radv meta shaders on nocache
and exit from 1.7s to 1s. It also has been reported to take the startup
time of uncached shaders on RoTR from 12m24s to 11m35s (Alex)

in one thread
v3: rebase and port onto new structure
v4: rename some vars (Bas)
v5: drag all code into radv for now, we can refactor it out later
for radeonsi if we make it shareable
v6: use a bit more C++ in the wrapper

b9fb2c266a radv: Add startup debug option.
This adds a RADV_DEBUG=startup option to dump more info about
instance creation and device enumeration.

A common question end users have is why the direver is not loading
for them, and this has two common reasons:
1) They did not install the driver.
2) AMDGPU is not used for the card in the kernel.

This adds some info messages so we can easily get a some useful
output from end users.

38933c1151 radv: Add option to print errors even in optimized builds.
Errors are not that common of a case so we can eat a slight perf
hit in having to call a function and do a runtime check.

In turn this makes debugging random errors happening for end users
easier, because they don't have to have a debug build on hand.

As the implementation is conservative, we can now enable it
by default. It can be disabled with RADV_DEBUG=nooutoforder.

Don't expect much more than 1% of improvements, but the gain
seems consistent.

2f63b3dd09 radv: enable DCC for MSAA 2x textures on VI under an option
This can be enabled with RADV_PERFTEST=dccmsaa.

DCC for MSAA textures is actually not as easy to implement. It
looks like there is some corner cases. I will improve support
incrementally.

Vega support, as well as Polaris improvements, will be added later.

No CTS changes on Polaris using RADV_DEBUG=zerovram and
RADV_PERFTEST=dccmsaa.

922cd38172 radv: implement out-of-order rasterization when it's safe on VI+
Disabled by default for now, it can be enabled with
RADV_PERFTEST=outoforder.

No CTS regressions on Polaris, and all Vulkan games I tested
look good as well.

Expect small performance improvements for applications where
out-of-order rasterization can be enabled by the driver.

Loosely based on RadeonSI.

ff75d3a9aa radv: move local bos usage to a perftest flag.

e3c9425158 radv: Actually check for vm faults.
The code can check for vm faults having happened. If we only do it
on a hang we don't know when the faults happened. This changes the
behavior to when the first VM faults is found, even without a hang.

This introduces a new separate option because the output can
be quite verbose. If spirv-dis is not found in the path, this
debug option is useless.

At the moment, debugging radv is not really easy because the
driver doesn't report enough information when it hangs. This
new file will be the main location for all debug tools.

c2464271a0 radv: introduce perf test env var and allow to enable chaining
We have some features that seem to slow things down or cause other
possible undesireable side effects, but it would be nice to test
games etc with them easily.

I forsee multisample DCC and maybe some shader opt changes using this.

For now use it for batch chaining.
