anv: allow compressed buffers types on vkd3d titles

Extending MR !23519 to all vkd3d titles.

Additional improvements/regressions:
 - AssassinsCreedValhalla +6%
 - DyingLight2.dx12 +5%
 - Witcher3.dx12 +2%
 - SpidermanRemastered -0.5%
