spirv: Fix SpvOpFwidth, SpvOpFwidthFine and SpvOpFwidthCoarse

"Result is the same as computing the sum of the absolute values of
    OpDPdx and OpDPdy on P."

We were doing sum of absolute values of OpDPdx of P and OpDPdx of NULL.
