i965: Simplify *_bo() helpers.
With the reloc domains gone, most of these are basically the same, and the names don't make much sense anymore. Simplify them to ro_bo(), rw_bo(), and ggtt_bo(). Reviewed-by: Chris Wilson <chris@chris-wilson.co.uk>
