rusticl/queue: gracefully stop the worker thread
Ohterwise we might get caught up in memory corruptions I still have no explanation for. Fixes spontanous crashes with radeonsi and the OpenCL CTS. Cc: mesa-stable Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/29880>
