ci/build: add honeykrisp (asahi vk) to several builds

Specifically:
- `alpine-build-testing`
- `fedora-release`
- `.meson-arm` (inherited by all the arm build jobs)
- `debian-arm64` (because it overrides the inherited list)
- `debian-vulkan`
