ci: Use a dlclose-disabling preload library for leak checking in Vulkan.
For GL, we disable the dlclose() call on the driver in asan builds so that leak reports get proper backtraces. For Vulkan, the dlclose() happens from libvulkan so you need a bigger hammer to keep our drivers loaded.
