pvr: Remove duplicate variable queue_create.

Fix defect reported by Coverity Scan.

Evaluation order violation (EVALUATION_ORDER)
write_write_typo: In queue_create = queue_create = &pCreateInfo->pQueueCreateInfos[0], queue_create is written twice with the same value.
