egl: Some per-driver data should be per-display.
Move some fields of _EGLDriver to _EGLDisplay. It also becomes unnecessary to pass _EGLDisplay to drivers when _eglMain is called. Signed-off-by: Chia-I Wu <olvaffe@gmail.com>
