docs: Lower Python requirement to 3.6
Issue 7716 bumped the Python requirement from 3.6 to 3.7 for two
reasons. They are now non-issues.
- Usage of f-strings. But f-strings are a 3.6 feature.
- Usage of `from __future__ import annotations`. But the previous
commit removes that usage.
