glx: fix request lengths

We were sending too long requests for GLXChangeDrawableAttributes,
GLXGetDrawableAttributes, GLXDestroyPixmap and GLXDestroyWindow.

NOTE: This is a candidate for the 7.9 and 7.10 branches
