ci/etnaviv: Polish the gc2000 xfails a bit.
These were consistent in the last 3 CI runs. The rest of the failures in those runs were flakes spread all around the general shader tests, which are correlated with GPU hangs. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/22146>
