TODO, make use of:
- VkPhysicalDeviceFeatures.drawIndirectFirstInstance,
- VkPhysicalDeviceFeatures.inheritedQueries
- VkPhysicalDeviceLimits.timestampComputeAndGraphics
- VkSubmitInfo.pWaitDstStageMask
- VkSubresourceLayout.arrayPitch
- VkSamplerCreateInfo.anisotropyEnable
