mesa: GLES2 should return different error enums for invalid fbo queries
ES 2.0.25 page 127 says:
If the value of FRAMEBUFFER_ATTACHMENT_OBJECT_TYPE is NONE, then
querying any other pname will generate INVALID_ENUM.
